Shipping Policy

Our Shipping policy: 

  1. Only use goods if you are selling physical products (like a gift and printing products).
  2. Provide a description of your shipping policy for domestic orders and international orders. If you do not ship internationally, clearly state this so that international customers do not place an order on your online store which you will not be able to fulfil.
  3. Returns and refunds are handled differently by different merchants. Choose what is relevant for your business. If you do not have a return and refund policy that is fine, but we would expect you to handle refund requests from your paying customers if they do not receive the good’s they have purchased from you, or have received defective goods (for example, expired food, broken item)

1.      Domestic shipping:

  1. We deliver orders from within Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as [TCS, M&P, Leopards, Bykea, Yango, Uber, Indriver & Pakistan].

We also deliver domestically using our own riders.

  • We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the order on our website within 3-5 days of placing the order.

2.      International shipping:

  1. We deliver orders outside of Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as [UPS, DHL]
    1. We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the   order on our website within 14-30 days of placing the order, however this might take longer due to circumstances outside of our control.
      1. You may be required to pay customs, duties or other taxes upon receipt of goods received by you that have been shipped from Pakistan.
